We at Laserfibre, LLC strive to ensure your satisfaction. To ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers, we have provided the following product return policy so you can be assured that we will stand behind the outstanding quality of our products.
- Defective products, premature breakages:
In case of a defective product our customers should contact the Laserfibre, LLC Office upon receipt of delivery. Returns can only be made by our authorized dealers not by final consumers.
A picture (or more pictures if needed) of the defective product will be asked for return approval along with the attached Defective Form (Excel file). This information should be emailed to email@example.com or by calling 844-448-3664. Without these two pieces of information the return will not be processed.
In case the product is replaced, Laserfibre, LLC will notify the authorized dealer and a replacement product(s) will be shipped at Laserfibre, LLC's expense. The shipping cost back to Laserfibre, LLC warehouse will be at the customer’s expense.
- Quality problem on shipment, products received damaged or broken:
In case a product reaches our customers in bad condition, the customer should contact the Laserfibre, LLC Office at 1-844-448-3664 or firstname.lastname@example.org
A picture (or more pictures if needed) of the not-sellable product will be requested for return approval. This picture should be emailed to email@example.com .
The customer should inform Laserfibre, LLC no later than 10 days after receipt of original shipment. After 10 days claims will NOT be accepted.
In case the return is accepted, Laserfibre, LLC will send return instructions via email. All approved replacement products will be replaced and shipped at the expense of Laserfibre, LLC.
The replacement product(s) will only be shipped back to the customer after receipt of the returned bad-condition product(s).
- Mistake on shipped products:
